Singularity’s WLR3 Transition Accelerator enables Communication Service Providers to quickly and painlessly migrate from the existing Wholesale Line Rental Protocol WLR2 to the successor WLR3 protocol.

We provide a combination of deep WLR3 expertise and award-winning process technology to provide Communications Providers with a cost-effective and future-proofed solution. Singularity has designed and delivered the first live WLR3 solution in the UK, which went live in February 2007. Singularity is working on the design and delivery of WLR3 solutions for some of the largest CP’s in the UK and has delivered WLR 3 solutions which have processed over 800,000 transactions on EMP since February 2007.
