Combined power of TRIM Context and the Singularity Process Platform™ offers complete integration of documents into organisational processes

Leading electronic document and records management (EDRM) vendor, TOWER Software (UK), today announced a new partnership with business process management (BPM) specialist, Singularity. The deal brings together the Singularity Process Platform™, with TOWER Software's world class EDRM solution, TRIM Context. The combined offering gives momentum to the provision of more effective and efficient electronic service delivery in the Public Sector. Through a single user interface, it provides a process, document and records management tool that automates, where appropriate workflow, capture, storage and retrieval of documents required or generated as a result of a business process. This reduces retrieval, search and storage times whilst dealing in efficient process management.
