Singularity Wins Irish Software Association Sales Award

Singularity has won the Irish Software Association's prestigious Sales Achievement Award for 2008.  The announcement was made at the Association's annual awards ceremony in Dublin's Mansion House.  The Sales Achievement award goes to the company that has made the most significant advances in revenue development during the previous year through the design and execution of effective sales and marketing programs.

Singularity grew its revenues by 80% in the past year, securing significant deals in its target sectors of Telecommunications, Government and Capital Markets.  The company has enjoyed unbroken growth and profitability since being founded in Derry, Northern Ireland in 1994.

"The award is particularly valuable because it represents recognition by our peers in the software industry, and because the list of past winners includes some of the most prestigious software firms on the island".
The Sales Achievement award comes in the same week that Singularity announced a £3.5m ($5.5m) expansion plan targeted at developing a series of innovations for its core product and increasing its worldwide staff count to over 300.
