Singularity, a leading provider of Business Process Management solutions, has been recognised as visionary by Gartner in the recently published Gartner Magic Quadrant for Pure-Play Business Process Management (BPM) [1].

Gartner states that "vision is reflected in the vendor's strategies and product plans, which may encompass features that are unavailable in the currently shipping software. The prospects for a vendor and its customers will be strongly affected by the strength of its vision".

According to Gartner, "the business process management market is growing in all sectors. Buoyed by short-term and midterm successes, it is eclipsing the estimates Gartner made in 2003". The Gartner report is a "snapshot of the pure-play BPM market" that "identifies vendors active in this space and characterizes their roles in the industry." It rates vendors on technical expertise, technology resources, and financial and marketing assets by assessing their features, capabilities, functionality and support.
