Singularity Launches Release 3.3 of the Singularity Process Platform™

Singularity today launched a groundbreaking new release of its Business Process Management Suite, the Singularity Process Platform™, equipping its customers to drive quick BPM deployments that provide early results.

Main themes of this release are:
• High-speed, Collaborative Process Design – the Singularity Process Platform v3.3 includes new modeling and forms generation components that are tightly coupled, enabling business staff, process analysts and IT staff to design the process model and the corresponding human and system interfaces within one integrated design environment. Integration of hand-writing recognition, electronic white-board features and “walk-through” capabilities add yet more power to the team – allowing them to achieve implementable process designs.
• Early Visualisation of Result – removing doubt about “how will this process work in the real world” is a driving force behind this release. Singularity Process Platform v3.3 allows teams to gain insight early into how their process will perform when implemented. Built-in simulation capability, linked to real-world rather than artificial/test data, provides early confidence that processes will achieve intended improvement goals.
• Rapid & Iterative Solution Deployment – some of the best improvement ideas arise after initial implementation. This release exploits this reality, encouraging and enabling continual improvements by providing built-in adaptability through a variety of Singularity Process Platform v3.3 features.
