Singularity partners with Nortel for Unified Messaging solutions

Singularity the leading provider of Business Process Management solutions has just announced a joint initiative with Nortel the communications giant. Singularity will work closely with Nortel to develop Unified Messaging (UM) - enabled Business Process Solutions. By embedding Unified Messaging capability in business process automation, Singularity will be able to accelerate throughput and significantly increase productivity in knowledge intensive business processes in the telecommunications, health and financial sectors.
