Singularity Cited as "Strong Performer" by Independent Research Firm

Singularity, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, today announced that it has been cited by Forrester Research as a strong contender in its December 2007 report, "The Forrester Wave: Human Centric Business Process Management for Microsoft Platforms, Q4 2007".  Forrester, one of the most prestigious global independent research firms, employs a rigorous process to create its Forrester Wave reports in an evaluation that includes detailed assessments of over 150 criteria including product attributes and company strategy.  Singularity was one of a select group of eight vendors invited to participate in the Q4 2007 Wave evaluation.

To quote from the report, "The Northern Ireland-based vendor has excellent process modeling tools designed to be used by multiple people, with support for interactive whiteboarding; the vendor has put much effort into developing methodologies for rapid process discovery, and the results have borne financial fruit for its references."
