SINGULARITY AND SPESCOM ANNOUNCE ALLIANCE
Spescom to distribute the Singularity Process Platform™ as eB Workflow

Singularity, a leading provider of process-centric solutions for world-class companies, and Spescom Software, Inc., a leading provider of integrated document, configuration and records management (iDCR) solutions, today announced the formation of a new alliance. Under the terms of the partnership the Singularity Process Platform™ will be incorporated under license as the eB Workflow component of the Spescom eB product set.

EB Workflow extends the reach and power of Spescom eB, enabling Spescom's customers access to richer, more broadly applicable solutions.
