Capita Software Services to embed the Singularity Process Platform™

Capita Software Services has today announced an OEM partnership with Singularity Ltd, a leading provider of business process management and workflow products and solutions. Through the partnership, the award winning Singularity Process Platform™ is to be embedded in the Academy Housing product and will be available to customers in Q3 2004 as an optional, but highly recommended module.

Capita Software Services, a division of The Capita Group Plc, is already an established leader in the provision of local government and social housing software. The addition of business process management and workflow capability into its suite of products will add value to existing and new customers by improving service levels while optimising use of resources.

The Platform will supplement the rich capabilities of Capita's existing products and extend the customers' ability to improve the performance of their business.
